If you are one that wants to shop for homes without a sales person/Realtor around but you would still like to receive some Realtor commission toward the purchase of your next home then this program is for you! Take your printed "Flexible Savings Voucher" to the communities you are interested in. Let the new home builder salesperson know that you are working with and were sent by the New Home Center by TIG. New Home Center by TIG has all the info you need back at the New Home Center so please save the Collecting of the floor plans, option lists, maps, etc… to New Home Center by TIG and just ask the new home builders sales rep for their business card. Letting them know that you don't want to take much of their time and that you have already got this information from a New Home Center by TIG sales representative is an important factor when it comes time for the new home builder to decide if they will pay a commission or not. Continue to shop until you find your favorite home and call New Home Center by TIG as soon as possible. Most homebuilders cooperate with this process, but some builders may require you to be accompanied by a representative from New Home Center by TIG.
